While we don't condone deleting NPS Responses, we realize there are some instances where it will be necessary. If someone gives your a response by mistake or an internal user provides a response, you may want to delete those responses to give a more accurate rating.
|Note: This ability is availble by default for the Admin User Permission Group. Update your User Permission Group Settings to grant broader access.|
To delete an NPS Response, navigate to your NPS Report. Scroll down to the bottom "Contact Details" Section and you can use the trash can icon to delete the response.
