When creating an email, you may see an option to add an Email Template.
This allows you to create a branded email template with HTML, and then apply it to any emails that you choose to send through ChurnZero. Keep in mind that this is purely for look and feel, rather than content. All email content will still be entered directly into the Text Editor.
To create an email template, reach out to your Customer Success Manager and give them the HTML code you wish to include as an email template. They will then install that on the back-end of your instance and it will be available for you to use.
