The command center is where you can easily map out your day. Quickly see which of your customers are active in the system, work with your open tasks, and check messages that are marked for your review!
Use the filters at the top of the page to change the information that shows up in your Dashboard. By default the view opens up for customers that you own; however, this can be changed by selecting a new name from the "Command Center for" Dropdown.
If you have direct reports, you can also toggle between your personal view (showing accounts that you own) and the Team View (accounts that are in your domain)
Lastly, you can also customize your Command Center to only show information about customers in a certain Segment.
This module shows you who is logged in and working in in your application.
Click on the "Actions" button to be taken to the list of contacts who are online within that account. From here you can then interact with those contacts by sending them a message (either In-App or Email), Create a Task, or enter them into a Play!
Use the Tasks section to see all of your upcoming tasks. By default the view will show you all tasks that are due today (including overdue). Use the dropdown in the top right of the dashboard to change this. Use the checkboxes to the left of the task to close or delete tasks in bulk. The icons on the right allow you to close out, edit, and delete an individual task.
When setting up Plays, you have the ability to "Mark Messages For Review". This allows the Account Owner to review the message in the Command Center before it goes out to the customer. To approve Messages in bulk, check the box next to the messages you want to approve and hit "Approve". This will send the messages. If you do not want the message to go to the contact, you can reject the Message as well.
If you want to edit the message content before you send, use the pencil icon and customize the text of the message and the click "Approve and Send".
