Let's start with some basic definitions:
Alerts are real-time notifications to your customer-facing teams when important customer situations arise. These notifications can be delivered through a variety of channels - including within ChurnZero, via email, via Slack and/or via text message - to keep you on top of critical customer actions and empowering you to proactively engage at ideal times.
Alerts can be triggered by multiple conditions including:
- When an record enters or exits a Segment you've created.
- Example: Alert me when an account enters an Account Segment called "Disengaged Customers"
- When an Event occurs.
- Example: Alert me when a contact logs into the application for the first time.
Alerts can be accessed on the left side navigation bar:
